It was a fantastic visit to Denver. Now, I have tell to you, I was especially jazzed about this meeting for several reasons, one being I was traveling to the Rocky Mountains, but more importantly….I was going to meet and spend the evening with a few people I have met and known only through the blogosphere but nothing could have prepared me for the reception I received. When I arrived at the CTRN I was received so warmly, you would think I was Royalty or something. They were all so genuinely happy to see me, I was at ease immediately.

I was asked to speak about internet research tools and shared some query fundamentals and query composition ideas and I felt empowered not by the material or because I was well prepared and knew my stuff but but by the audience. They were attentive and inquisitive and I was able to answer some questions but was made to feel that I made an impact, and that they truly appreciated my having been there. It felt great to visit with such a great group of professionals. We enjoyed such a great session and everyone was so appreciative and kind to me.

garden of the gods, COIt was great to meet Michelle, Peter, Troy, Cynthia, Jerry and everyone heading the CTRN. In addition to these awesome people, It was also great to make new friends with over 30 recruiting professionals from the Denver area.

My experience in Colorado could not be beat. I am truly grateful to everyone for making this visit such a remarkable and unforgetable experience. Especially to “El Dave” and his family who spoiled me with the most phenomenal hosptitality. I feel truly endebted as they brought me into their home and took me to some truly awesome places. We saw some Buffalo, and by the way, if you have never been to “the garden of the gods” you really need to. I was awestruck by nature’s beauty and the breathtaking landscapes.

My time in Colorado was truly unforgettable and has enriched my life like no other experience.
