I was reading this series on Dilbert and I could almost say that Scott Adams has been a recruiter.  It seems he describes the plight of a sourcer to a tee, we are given what we now endearingly call a “purple squirrel” requirement and when thru a miraculous freak streak of luck we are able to pull that “purple squirrel out of the air!! What happens?
