I found an interesting article thru Recruiting.com posted by a blog called JobMob the article was titled Did Scott Adams get David Steward fired?about a man who got fired from a casino for posting a dilbert cartoon on a company bulletin board.
What struck me was the length to which Scott Adams the author of the Dilbert comic strip is going to, to help this unemployed man out. He incorporated his plight into the comic strip and then posted the guys resume on his site.
You can read today’s “Dilbert” strip here.
The strangest thought is that as I referred to the original article as found in the Des Moines Register, the comments and discussion center around whether the Casino was closing or not. Isn’t that strange? this man is fighting wrongful termination and the discussion goes on the casino staying open or not?
I would thing we would discuss whether or not I have to take the Dilbert comics strips off of my board before I get fired.
