1 Sales Recruiter *and* 1 Researcher/Sourcer

A well-funded startup business services company based in Evanston is looking for a “rockstar” recruiting team to join the organization. This is a rare opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a rapidly-growing startup, led by a three-time CEO. The Sales Recruiter will recruit “A-Player” sales representatives on behalf of our national clients. The Researcher/Sourcer will use the latest sourcing techniques to identify an amazing slate of candidates and maximize the Sales Recruiter’s productivity.  Both roles require: 

…passion for recruiting only “A-Player” candidates…willingness to do whatever it takes to close the deal…strong process orientation & attention to detail…experience with popular recruitment software packages…exceptional communication skills…work on-site in our offices (Chicago area only)…client/candidate references that blow us away The Sales Recruiter will have at least five years experience. The Researcher/Sourcer will have at least two.  (Individuals are welcome to apply. You’ll help us recruit the other.)
