Help me welcome two new faces to my blog.  Over the course of my blogging life I have learned many things, one of which is that not all good ideas come from one group or one person. In fact I think that most of the best ideas come from the meeting of like-minded individuals.

As I mentioned in earlier posts, while at SourceCon, I met many great people, mostly very talented sourcers/researchers. I already named a few and I don’t intend to do it again now, but I did have the pleasure of meeting Jeremy Langhans and Mike Notaro whom I now have the honor of introducing to you as part of the Sourcing Corner blogging team.  They agreed to become part of the blog, where I am simply looking for the synergy that occurs as you have several like minded people talking their subject of passion.  In inviting them I hope we will present  fresh opinions and new approaches that might otherwise help our industry and/or our craft.

I have created this blog in order to provide a place where sourcing opinions and viewpoints might be better shared, discussed, and debated; a place where we might really speak to one another.  Where sourcers (whether you define them  as internet researchers/phone sourcers/candidate developer/name generators or whatever)  can find new ways to connect, unite and organize and share thoughts, tools, tips, techniques or anything sourcing related.

I am both extremely excited and energized by this opportunity to having Mike and Jeremy be part of the sourcing corner and look forward to working in collaboration with them to promote the further growth of our craft.
